PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED TERMS OF REFERENCESITC is seeking to contract a qualified training institution, digital hub, or organization based in Sierra Leone with a proven track record in delivering basic digital literacy training, particularly to underserved youth.The selected training provider will be responsible for:-Designing a tailored basic digital literacy training programme;-Raising awareness and mobilizing participants across Bo, Makeni, Tonkolili, and Western Urban districts;-Delivering a high-impact, in-person basic digital literacy and mobile internet skills training (GSMA Mobile Internet Skills Training Toolkit) programmes targeting at least 1, 000 youth under the age of 35, with a minimum of 30% young women and 10% youth with disabilities (PWDs) in the 4 districts;-Facilitating business linkages and job matchmaking opportunities for training graduates.
