Barrier-free expansion and track and switch renewal at Pegnitz station The measure at Pegnitz train station includes barrier-free expansion and relocation the railway crossing from km 66, 617 to km 66, 899 and the track and switch renewal tracks 3, 4 and the switches 101-105, 116. In detail this includes: - Dismantling/rebuilding the main platform on track 1 and on the central platform track 2/3 - New construction of 2 elevator systems and stairs to the platforms, each of which the new railway crossing with the platforms connect. - Renewal of lighting throughout the station - New construction of a signage system in the entire station area. - New construction of platform roofs and weatherproof houses on both platforms - New construction of a concrete switch house to accommodate the electrical engineering and telecommunications systems. - Dismantling of the existing railway overpass in km 66, 617 and in the process Relocation of the railway crossing and thus new construction of the EÜ to replace the existing one Passenger underpass (including connection) in km 66, 899. - New construction of a staircase and a ramp system to the public space, each of which the new railway crossing opens up. - New construction of an entire station drainage system as a new platform drainage system and deep drainage of the track and Switch renewal. - Track renewal of tracks 3 and 4 - Renewal of switches 101, 102, 103, 105 and 116 - Route adjustment in the station as part of the barrier-free expansion and the track and switches...
