Tender Details

The Hotel will provide following services on 8-Oct-2026:1. Banquet Hall suitable for guaranteed 22 and expected 28 participants2. Round Table seating arrangements with 5 participants on each table; or U-shape seating (will be decided later)3. SMD Screen (minimum 10- x 12-) with Sound System + 2 complementary cordless microphones4. Zoon setup with 1 camera5. Dedicated internet line (10 MB)6. Podium with microphone7. Two (2) additional cordless microphones8. Necessary stationary, like Sticky Notes (3” x 6”) in 3 colors, note pads, pens, 10 x Flip Charts with stand, markers, soft mints etc.9. Drinking water in GLASS bottes 330ml and/or 750ml, quantity as per need10. Morning and Evening tea/coffee with snacks/cookies11. Lunch with Buffet Meals in restaurant12. Service staff13. WiFi internet service14. Generator and UPS power backup15. Any relevant service required on spot
