Bamberg Lagarde, project management services for the coordination of the conversion of the Lagarde barracks The Lagarde campus in the east of Bamberg (formerly “US Warner Barracks”) with its 18 building sites has been in the process of being converted from military to civilian since 2018 Subsequent use based on an “urban area” according to BauNVO. Residential use, commercial and public facilities are being built in the immediate vicinity of the Federal Police Training and Advanced Training Center and are located from the investor search with concept award to Completion in different stages of development. The subject of the procedure is the commissioning of the following project management services A) Multi-project management - MPM - Duration 18 months - Option to extend by 2x 6 months - Assumption of cost calculation over the total period of 18 months: - Phase 1 = 700 h - Phase 2 = 400 h - Phase 3 = 25 h B) Investor selection process - IAV - Implementation in the second half of 2027 and completion at the end 2027 - Cost calculation at your own discretion The commissioning is intended in accordance with the provision of financial resources.
