The replacement and modernization of the existing Baggage Reconciliation System (BRS) is an essential step in improving the efficiency and reliability of baggage handling. Through a closer coupling of the Baggage Handling System (BHS) with the BRS allows the processes to be better synchronized and optimized. Furthermore, greater integration and digitalization of the system environment at Hamburg Airport is an essential part of the introduction of a new BRS. The further digitalization of the Manual processes help to minimize sources of error and increase transparency across the entire baggage flow. The possible technical system overview shows the various components and interfaces of the BRS and how they work work together to ensure seamless baggage handling. Objective of the tender 1.
