Tender Details
To maintain and promote health, the BMDV would like to offer its employees at the Berlin and Bonn employee the opportunity to participate in a 30-minute back school in office clothing during the lunch break (2 courses/week).
The courses are said to be back and compensation gymnastics (back school) and serve to strengthen, stretch, relaxation, mobilization. The focus of the focus is on the focus on full body exercises while standing and stretching/streching
Special features:
In the event of the blocking of the sports rooms for reasons of health protection (e.g. coronapandemic), the courses must be provided online:
Participation online: unlimited number of participants; No minimum number of participants.
The AN provides the technical equipment such as laptop with camera and microphone to design the courses online via video transmission via meeting platform.
An offer for the Berlin location (Los 1) or Bonn (Lot 2) or for both locations (lot 1 and lot 2) can be submitted.
