B244 OD Wernigerode, KN Westerntor (L100), maintenance measure To the west of the Western Gate tower in Wernigerode's old town, the renovation of the B244/L100 junction is planned. Both road construction work and track construction work are carried out in parallel executed. The planning includes the ceiling renovation in the junction area, in a westerly direction to the “Mönchstieg” street and in a southerly direction to the Salzbergstrasse/Forckestrasse junction. There is one in the planning area Drainage channel made of concrete blocks and natural paving stones in sections, the complete expansion of which is planned to be asphalt. Following the renovation work, the road markings must be restored. The expansion length is along the B 244 in a north-south direction 270 m. The extension length of the L 100 is around 260 m along the western arm. This tender contains both road construction services on behalf of the state road construction authority (Part 1), as well as track construction work Order from Harzer Schmalspurbahnen GmbH (Part 2). Both parts are commissioned separately from each other. The tendered services will be carried out in four construction phases (with partial closures of the junction).
