In section C of the construction project, in the immediate vicinity of the community of Allensbach, the 960 m long Huelsenberg tunnel is planned. The west apron of the Rohrenberg tunnel is located between the Allensbach-Mitte junction and the western portal of the Huelsenberg tunnel. The west apron exists from the four-lane expansion of the B 33new, the parallel district road including connections to the existing and subordinate road network (Prof.Maier-Leibnitz-Strasse and Kaltbrunner Strasse (road construction), the construction of the bridge structure BW25a, the supporting structures BW21 and BW30, and the noise barriers BW94 and BW95 as well as the dismantling of the temporary bridge BW25b (engineering). In parallel to the construction work in the western apron, the shell construction and the operational technology of the Huelsenberg tunnel are being carried out. These two trades from the Rohrenberg Tunnel are not part of this tender. To support the project team At the RP Freiburg, the local construction supervision and the control survey for the West Tunnel Rohrenberg apron sub-project, including the associated trades, is to be awarded. The planning is carried out using the BIM method. The entire 3D model is provided in IFC4.3 format. The 3D model was created using the drawing software revit. The contractor should create a model-based quantity determination and a model-based bill of quantities. The execution and billing including documentation is also carried out using the BIM method.
