Awarding of property planning for a roof renovation Award of the property planning building LPH 1 - 9 and special services for the BBS Alfeld, main building - renovation of the flat roof areas above levels 4 and 5 The Hildesheim district intends to Renovation of the flat roof areas of the main building of the Alfeld vocational school. The main building was built in the 1980s and is part of a larger, structurally nested school complex. The roof areas to be renovated are approx. 3200 m2 Roof domes and RWAs are located above level 5 in the upper part of the building and above level 4 in the lower part of the building. The roof areas are large, angled and due to the existing building structure and the technical roof structures difficult to classify as planning and organizationally demanding. The existing roof structure is in need of renovation and should be replaced. The subject of later construction work will probably be the dismantling of the existing roof sealing or the existing roof structure as well as the construction of a new professional flat roof structure. The existing attics, connections, penetrations, drainage points and technical structures must be taken into account as part of the planning. On the Roof areas contain technical systems or building technical structures. These must be taken into account in connection with the roof renovation and coordinated with the TGA planning.
