The municipality of Blankenheim (hereinafter also referred to as the "client") is inviting tenders for the property planning of the building (LPH 4 to 9) for the expansion and conversion of the Ahr primary school at the Dollendorf location throughout Europe.

Awarding of the property planning of the building for the expansion and conversion of the Ahr Grandschool Dollendorf

At the Dollendorf location advertised here, Antoniusstrasse 1, an expansion of the school complex is planned to include a total of six classrooms and the associated additional room program, so that a two-class open all-day school will be created here in the final expansion. In addition to the extension building sStructural interventions in the existing building are also planned. The heating concept developed in the course of the draft planning envisages leaving the still intact oil heating system of the existing building untouched and planning it over the future, separate from the construction work, as part of a renovation concept. DThis means that the planned extension building is to be supplied with heat independently via an air heat pump system in a split version. The new building has a gross floor area of ​​around 1, 208 m2 and a BRI of 8, 987 m³.
