Awarding of planning services for the conversion of a school into a daycare center for specialist structural planning (§§49-52 HOAI) As part of its conversion to a daycare center, the Reichenbach Old School is to be extensively renovated and redesigned for its new use become. For this purpose, there is a structural separation from the adjacent Old Town Hall. While the old school will be used exclusively as a daycare center in the future, the old town hall will continue to be used by the youth club and associations. The measures in the old building Town hall are not part of this procurement process. The existing building is located in the Lahr-Reichenbach district. The new school, the gymnasium and the local administration are also located on the same property. Five groups are planned, including three Ü3 and two U3 groups on the ground and upper floors. There is also the option of setting up a sixth group in the attic if demand increases. The existing building shows clear signs of wear and outdated technical equipment. Through The planned conversion with core renovation will give the building that characterizes the townscape a new use and its substance will be secured.
