The city of Buchen (Odenwald) is planning the new construction of the Jakob Mayer primary school, consisting of two buildings (one with a partial basement), connected with a connecting corridor as well as the constructive and technical implementation of a sustainable and flexible school complex within the framework of a General contractor tender in a 2-stage award process. The project area is located on Turn-Heinrich-Platz on parcels 2195 and 2195/2. The basis of the procedure is the present preliminary design planning without complete TGA planning, as well as the turnkey construction of the Neubaus. The city of Buchen intends to update the current preliminary draft planning. The current plan calls for a wood hybrid construction method. However, the city is not committed to a wood-hybrid construction method. The construction can be freely chosen according to the bidder's concept. Eine Planungsoptimierung is expressly desired. The corresponding funding notice is available for the new building project. This involves planning, scheduling and financial dependencies that have a significant impact on the project. The net floor area totals approximately 2, 518 m2. The new building will be put into operation at the latest planned until the start of school in 2028/2029 (BW). The client provides a budget for the project of a maximum of approx. 10.0 million euros (KG 300-400 according to DIN 276 in the current version, gross).
