The aim is to gradually transform IT from a predominantly reactive operational function to a stable, secure and future-proof technical one to further develop the foundation. Some of the existing IT infrastructure has grown historically and is dependent on individual knowledge and has limited scalability. At the same time, there is a need for technical expertise that is available at short notice, especially in the case of complex disruptions, changes or load peaks. The support services are requested as part of individual requests from a framework agreement.
