Collection of Tender Documents
Interested Companies are to Collect the Standard Bidding Document (Sbd) Documents from the Office of the Procurement Officer, Administrative Building, National Centre Agricultural Mechanization (Ncam), Ilorin on Evidence of Payment of a Non-Refundable Tender Fee of N10, 000.00 Per Lot, Paid into the National Centre Agricultural Mechanization (Ncam)-S Remita Account in Any Reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria.
5. Submission of Tender Documents
Prospective Bidders are to Submit Two (2) Hard Copies each of the Technical and Financial Bids with Softcopy of the Financial Bid in Ms Excel Format, Packaged Separately in Sealed and Clearly Marked as “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, the Two Sealed Envelopes should be Put Together in a Bigger Sealed Envelope Addressed to

Km 20, Ilorin - Lokoja Highway, Pmb 1525, Ilorin, Kwara State
And Clearly Marked with the Lot Bided For. Furthermore, the Reverse of each Sealed Envelope should Bear the Name and Address of the Bidder and Dropped in the Designated Tender Box at the Office of the Provost Office not Later than 12:00 Noon Thursday, 13th April, 2023.
6. Opening of Bids
Only the Technical Documents will be Opened Immediately after the Deadline for Submission at 12:00 Noon Thursday, 13th April, 2023, in the Theatre Hall of the National Centre Agricultural Mechanization (Ncam), Ilorin, While the Financial Bids will be Kept Unopened. Please, Ensure that You Sign Bid Submission Register in the Office of the Procurement Officer, Administrative Building, National Centre Agricultural Mechanization (Ncam), Ilorin, as the National Centre Agricultural Mechanization (Ncam) will not be Held Liable for Misplaced or Wrongly Submitted Bids.
