The Institute for Solarenergief Research GmbH (ISFH) will renew its system park for the production of silicon olar cells for single junction and tandem applications and an automatedBuy loading unit for a high -temperature furnace, which is lined up for silicon wafers with an edge length of 182 mm up to 230 mm. On the one hand, the loading unit to be abolished should be similar to an industrial mass production system, for example in new TopCon cell factories, on the other handbe as flexible as possible in order to be able to map the R&D character of a research institute. The loading unit serves the automatic loading of so -called glass boats, which are supplied with a high -temperature furnace from Centrotherm International AG (C.LAB 3000). Delivery date is at the latestMay 2026. The ISFH typically processes solar cells in batch sizes of 300 wafers with around 3 - 10 batches a day. The throughput of the system should be at least 700 wafer/h for G12 wafer format. The system is switched off overnight and on weekends.
