Audits State Office for Mobility Rhineland-Palatinate III The Central Procurement Office of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate (ZBL) plans to organize and use this award procedure - on behalf of the State Office for Mobility Rhineland-Palatinate (LBM). Carrying out audits, i.e. the audit of the LBM's annual financial statements for 2026 to max. 2030, including accounting in accordance with Sections 317ff. HGB. In addition, the scope of the audit should be expanded to include Section 53 HGrG in order to take the principles into account to determine a current picture of the asset, financial and earnings situation using proper accounting. The audits should be awarded through an open procedure in accordance with Sections 14, 15 VgV, Section 119 GWB. The aim is to conclude a contract with a company (the later contractor). The annual financial statements are prepared, including accounting, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 317ff. HGB checked. The scope of the examination is expanded according to Section 53 HGrG. When providing the service, the contractor must: Public Corporate Governance Code of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate in the currently applicable version must be taken into account. The form and content of the examination is based on the ISA [DE] or the principles of proper conduct of final audits (GoA). Institute of Auditors (IDW) and is expanded to include a meaningful explanation of the individual items on the balance sheet and the profit and loss statement.
