The metallurgical accounting framework at Kamoa consists of a set of activities and operations namely: Plant instruments data acquisition, laboratory, reporting system (WIRE) and sampling. The first three components are regurlarly and independently audited in order to maintain a high level of confidence and reliability in data and information. It is important that the sampling system is likewise audited periodically so that the metal accounting system as a whole is reliable and compliant. The scope of work consist of conducting periodic audits of the metal accounting sampling system, conduct training, assist Kamoa in developing ISO compliant sampling system.
