Auditing services for Rheinland Klinikum Neuss GmbH The client operates three acute hospitals in Neuss, Dormagen and Grevenbroich, a care hospital in Neuss as well as three retirement homes and an educational institution. Furthermore, the Company parent company of eight companies. The order includes the audit of the consolidated financial statements, but not the audit of the subsidiaries' financial statements. The company is non-profit. The subject of the order is the implementation of the Statutory annual audit of the client as a large corporation in accordance with Sections 316 ff. of the German Commercial Code (HGB), including the audit of the management report as well as the implementation of hospital-specific audits and certificates (in particular funding, training fund, nursing and structural audits). The consolidated financial statements should also be audited. Another part of the order is the examination of the correctness of the management in accordance with Section 53 HGrG. The appointment of the auditor takes place for the financial years 2026, 2027, 2028 and optionally 2029 (extension option of the client), taking into account the legal requirements for auditor rotation.
