Expression of Interest are invited for Audit of the Quality of Service of Mobile Networks.
The Malian Authority for the Regulation of Telecommunications, Information and Communication Technologies and Posts (AMRTP) proposes to recruit a consultant to conduct the mentioned study in object . The aim is to analyze the different services provided by the operators and to assess their compliance with the requirements of the specifications. For this purpose, the consultant selected will be responsible for: • evaluating: radio coverage, voice service, interoperability, auditory quality via automatic MOS measurements (POLQA), SMS services, DATA services via smartphones, DATA services via key data, international communications to at least five countries (Africa and Europe); • establish a comparative analysis of the different networks • establish a ranking of the different operators by service.
