Audit for the integrated project alliance IPA The Technical Division of the Hamburg Port Authority AöR (HPA) is planning the restructuring of the petroleum port area to expand the Waltershofer Hafen Transformation project Container terminals Hamburg (CTH) in the model of the integrated project alliance (IPA). The subject of this tender is the appointment of an independent auditor who will accompany the client in alliance phases 0, 1 and 2 and who will be responsible for The IPA model supports the transparency and traceability required. The project alliance consists of the client and two executing alliance partners from the areas of structural engineering as well as earthworks and dredging work.
