At its three locations in Frankfurt a.M., Berlin and Bonn, KfW would like to re-equip parts of its premises with media technology or modernize existing media technology. The contractor (hereinafter: AN) is based on a framework contract basis for KfW. The subject of the framework agreement is the following services. If KfW commissions this, it will award a corresponding individual order to the contractor during the term of the framework agreement, who is then obliged to carry out the commissioned contract Perform performance: (1) Sales and delivery of new audiovisual equipment (in particular: displays, projectors and/or LED screens).
