ACC Liverpool Group is looking for organisations to supply on a temporary, hire basis any Audio Visual equipment that may be required to hold any of the events that it hosts. ACCL will award a framework contract to suppliers and will award to a maximum of 5 suppliers per LOT. ACCL is splitting the contract into 3 different LOTs of type of equipment as follows: 1. Video 2. Audio 3. Lighting Suppliers are able to apply for one, two or all three LOTs and could be awarded a framework contract for one, two or all three LOTs. The contract value is indicative of the total four years of the contract and was based on ACCL spend for the financial year 2024-25. Actual values during the contract may vary due to the volume and nature of the events that are booked at ACCL venues.
