Tender Details

1. Subject of the service The subject of this lot is the technical renewal and modernization of the existing audio post-production systems in the mixing studio of the Babelsberg Film University. The procurement is for replacement, upgrade, installation and Commissioning of the central mixing console architecture and the associated peripherals in order to adapt the existing infrastructure to current professional standards. 2. Essential scope of services and minimum technical requirements The items to be delivered Components replace existing legacy systems and must meet the minimum requirements detailed in the specifications (LV - Lot 1). The focus is on: - Modernization of the mixer controller: replacement and implementation of the existing Avid S6 controller for a dual-operator model. - Custom Studio Furniture: Design, manufacture and installation of professional custom studio furniture to integrate the mixer controller. - Upgrade of the audio interfaces & Signal routing: Providing modular interfaces for contemporary conversion and distribution of digital audio signals. - Renewal of the KVM solution: Installation of an existing KVM solution and addition of missing components. - Video technology: modernization the components and integration into the existing infrastructure.
