THE PURPOSE INCLUDES CONTINUED PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES, INSTALLATION, UNINSTALLATION AND REMANAGEMENT OF CLIMATE SYSTEMS (SPLIT TYPE OF VARIOUS THERMAL CAPACITIES) BELONGING TO THE ASSETS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF GASPAR, WITH THE FULL SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS AND GAS CHARGE. SCOPE OF SERVICES: SANITIZATION, SANITIZATION AND DEBACTERIZATION OF AIR CONDITIONERS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT STANDARDS, TO GUARANTEE THE INDOOR AIR QUALITY. COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES: QUALIFIED LABOR FOR INTERVENTIONS IN THE THERMAL INFRASTRUCTURE (INSTALLATIONS AND RELOCATIONS), GUARANTEING HEALTH AND THERMAL COMFORT IN THE CHAMBER ENVIRONMENTS.
