Atomic force microscope for rapid, nanomechanical and electrochemical characterization

For our research in the field of nanoscience and biology, we need an atomic force microscope (AFM) to characterize and modify the dynamic, nanomechanical, structural andd electrochemical properties of various (biological) samples (DNA origamis, meta-surfaces, hydrogels, TOM complexes, cells and cell imitations) at high speeds and spatial resolution in the nanometer range under controllable (physiologically relevant) conditions and in airt. Typical object sizes range from 2 nanometers (nm, TOM complexes) to several tens of micrometers (ym, cells). The following minimum requirements for the AFM configuration must be met.
