The service covered by the concession constitutes a local public service of economic importance and concerns the carrying out of the following activities: a) the retail trade of medicinal specialties, galenic products, healthcare articles, perfumery and herbal medicine, dietary and food products forr specific pathologies, food supplements and any other good that can be usefully marketed in the pharmacy as well as the production of the same, compatibly with the law;
b) the production of the following services in the social and healthcare sector such as, by way of expl8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6bad but not exclusive: blood sampling for blood sugar and cholesterol; electrocardiogram, carrying out diagnostic tests, consultancy for the health and well-being of the person, health education activities and consultancy on the choice of over-the-counter medicines;
c) the organization of at leasto two days a year of prevention campaigns which must be carried out free of charge on issues that will be decided in agreement with the municipal administration; d) home delivery of medicines to frail and disabled people with 100% disability % with residence in the Municipality8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6and Esperia;
e) the further activities indicated in the pharmacy's Service Charter;
f) the keeping of the pharmacy's financial and financial accounts;
