Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Assessment of the Level of Achievement of the Outputs of the Sewoh-Sa / Resilience Project in 2019 in the Timbuktu Region

On the basis of the conditions defined in the tender dossier ( DAO - Cosoft 83346923 ) available at the GIZ office in Mali, providers interested in this public tender must submit an offer in which they must:

Present their structures and professional references from the past five years, as well as the logistics and facilities available for the execution of the service (general experiences and specific experiences);
Define the methodology and conceptual approach for implementing the service;
Develop and / or present the data collection tools, as well as the quality management procedures within the framework of the performance of the service;
Propose an intervention plan / calendar / chronogram for the different phases of the service and the main activities planned, including their respective duration;
Offer a qualified team including people with adequate training and professional experience required for the service;
Provide a detailed description of the tasks to be performed by each member of the team, as well as detailed information on the selection criteria and experience of the people proposed with regard to their tasks.
Propose a financial offer for the service.
The service provider retained at the end of the selection process will benefit from the support and assistance of the SEWOH-SA / R team, in order to carry out its mission.

All interested service providers who meet the conditions defined above can obtain a complete set of Tender Documents (DAO) from the secretariat of the GIZ Office in Bamako every working day at the times indicated below:

Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.,
And Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
