Assessment of the legal situation of new foods in general and insects in particular
The subject of the order is the assessment of the legal situation of new foods in general and insects in particular as part of the project "holistic evaluation of new protein sources with special consideration of insects" ("PR: In the - holistic evaluation"). The basis for this is the legal situation in Germany or at the EU level. The assessment is to be prepared in a report in such a way that it can be used by the client's project partners for the information of politics and the (specialist) public. When creating the report, the client must also take into account and include the results obtained in the other sub -projects.
