INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER NOTICE
N ° 2020/053 / DGGT / DMP-DSP
1. The Government of the Republic of Niger has obtained funding from the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA), the Saudi Fund for Development (FSD) and the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (FKDEA) to cover the cost of development works and asphalting of the Loga-Doutchi road (lot n ° 2: PK30-Doutchi including the bypass and 5 km of roads in the town of Doutchi). 2. The Ministry of Equipment represented by the General Directorate of Major Works (DGGT) invites eligible bidders to submit their bids in a sealed envelope, for the performance of the works covered by this invitation to tender. The works mainly concern the execution of earthworks and pavement layers (foundation and base), the realization of sanitation and drainage works, the implementation of the coating in two-layer surface plaster or asphalt concrete and the installation place of signaling and road safety equipment
3. Eligible interested candidates can purchase a complete set of the tender dossier by making a request to the Directorate of Public Procurement and Public Service Delegations (DMP-DSP), 3 rd floor of the Ministry of Equipment, BP : 209 Niamey-Niger Telephone: (227) 20.72.22.09; Fax: (227) 20.72.21.71, upon payment of a non-refundable amount of five hundred thousand francs (500, 000 F / CFA) or its equivalent in convertible currency, to the Road Maintenance Fund (FER).
4. Submissions must be accompanied by a guarantee of five hundred million CFA francs (500 million F / CFA) and will be submitted to the Public Procurement Directorate and Public Service Delegations (DMP-DSP), 3 th floor of the Ministry Equipment no later than 12/08/2020 at 10.30 am .
5. Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders` representatives who wish to attend the bid opening on 12/08/2020 at 10:30 minutes in the meeting room of the General Directorate of Major Works at 2 th floor of the Ministry of `Equipment .
6. No margin of preference will be granted to eligible tenderers.
7. An optional site visit will take place on 11/21/2020 . The cost of the visit is the responsibility of the tenderers. To this end, an information meeting is scheduled for 11/20/2020 at 10 a.m. in the meeting room of the General Directorate of Major Works (DGGT).
