Tender Details

Art transports

The Dresden State Art Collections hereinafter referred to as the client intend to carry out transports of art from various locations in Germany, the EU and Switzerland to Dresden to two exhibition locations with different exhibition durations in Julyli/August 2024 and back to the locations or on to other locations partly in November 2024, partly in January 2025. (See also 2.2. Description of services)

Exact dates will be agreed upon when the order is placed.

Objects to be transported:

The ones to be allocatedService includes:

•the provision and collection of the packaging

•the packing and unpacking of the loaned objects at the respective locations and from the client

•collection of the loaned objects at the respective locations and the transport to the client

•after the end of the exhibition Return or forward doortransport of the loaned objects to the locations specified in Appendix H (object list)

•the logistical transport planning and project management at the locations and at the client's

•the organization of the transport accompaniment (if required by the lender)

•the organization of all required transporttdocuments

Before the work begins, the company to be commissioned - hereinafter referred to as the contractor - must create logistics concepts/plans in coordination with the client and manage the entire transport organization and communication with all those involved in the project.
