AGKAMED issues a framework agreement for the procurement of disinfection in the name and on behalf of the authorized member institutions named in Annex 1. The service is divided into eight lots: Lot 1 - Area Concentrate Lot 2 - Area liquid, ready to use Lot 3 - disinfectant wipes (not soaked) Lot 4 - pre-soaked disinfectant wipes (wipes) Lot 5 - skin disinfection Lot 6 - hand disinfection Lot 7 - hand and skin cleaning Lot 8 - hand and skin care There will be one per lot Multi-partner framework agreement concluded. The framework agreement has a basic term of twelve (12) months from the award of the contract and can be extended up to the maximum total term specified in the tender documents be extended. There is no entitlement to retrieval or acceptance. The quantities and configurations specified in the tender documents serve as non-binding estimates and can be adjusted within the specified performance and performance limits during the contract term Option frameworks vary. A framework agreement is concluded without an obligation to purchase. The framework agreement comes with the additional option of granting all special conditions with a binding purchase commitment and market share regulation p. a. on the part of Cooperation and service partners with a maximum of 6 business partners per lot. The remaining bidders are only allowed to set a basic price list via framework agreements without the option of granting special conditions granted. The retrieval of goods/services takes place through separate individual orders from the individual cooperation or service partners, which are based on the conditions of this contract.
