The building is a listed building! The tender includes the careful dismantling of the existing plaster, the subsequent renovation of the historical masonry (Romanesque, Gothic and modern) in compliance with the monument protection regulations to protect the historical building structure. Furthermore, dismantling work such as the dismantling of the fire water pipe, a wooden floor and electrical cables in the existing building, as well as the subsequent production of reinforced concrete ceilings with steel components (in-situ concrete) in the tower shaft and in the access area (including screed work). There are support pockets in the tower shaft for the new steel staircase construction in the historic masonry; these must be provided with facing masonry after the steel staircase has been installed. The construction site setup includes the creation of protective measures during the construction phase, the disposal of the construction rubble and the provision a drying device.
