Architectural services according to Part 3 Section 2 HOAI (outdoor facilities) Max-Planck-Str. 39, 74081 Heilbronn, university, BT E + F, total renovation + PV system, architectural services according to Part 3 Section 2 HOAI (outdoor facilities), basic services of service phases 1-9, as well as the special services of service phases 1-4 and 9. Outdoor area planning for the overall renovation of two system buildings (built in 1983/84) at Heilbronn University. The new outdoor areas of components E+F are integrated into the existing overall open area to integrate the university. Greening of roof areas in combination with PV and technical structures approx. 2, 700m². Paths, squares and lounge areas approx. 1, 700m² meadow areas approx. 2, 100m² Creation of new lounge areas in the northern courtyard between the components E and F. As part of the measure, a tree protection concept must be developed for the duration of the renovation measures and agreed and coordinated with the others involved in the planning. There is one in the inner courtyard between component E and component F Fountain and seating area (art in architecture) available, which must be embedded in the new outdoor facilities in coordination with the art commission. The measure will take place in 2nd construction phases. Accessibility must be planned in such a way that the individual Construction phases can be used independently.
