Partially integrated landscape artwork that needs to be restored. Creation of quality of stay and bicycle parking spaces as part of sustainable mobility. The Service phases 2 and 3 include the planning of the overall concept. The measure should be divided into individual, sensibly implemented construction phases. After the construction document (draft planning) has been prepared, the further services are commissioned Service phase 4, probably initially for the first of the maximum 3 construction phases.
