78467 Konstanz, Benediktinerplatz 5 KN, ALM, fire protection &BU, Architectural services according to Part 3 Section 1 HOAI Various renovation measures are to be implemented in a bundle at the Archaeological State Museum of Baden-Württemberg (ALM) in Konstanz. This include: fire protection renovation of the building, renovation of the visitor toilet facilities in the basement, replacement of the passenger elevator including the shaft, internal reorganization of the entrance area and renovations in the electrical area, such as the conversion of the Lighting on LED, installation of an EMA and ELA. The building costs (gross) amount to €3, 065, 000 gross. Construction is scheduled to take place from April 2028 to December 2028. Property planning services for buildings according to HOAI Part 3, Section 1 for that Archaeological State Museum in Konstanz, Basic services from service phases 2-8 as well as special services from service phases 4, 5, 8 and 9.
