Architectural services 20202 Awarding of building planning services in accordance with HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 1, § 34 (service phases 19) for the conversion and modernization of the north building on the Kinobauer area in Stuttgart-Untertürkheim. The five-story building is to be gradually converted for school purposes in order to relieve the burden on the neighboring Linden school center. This requires a building application including the change of use of the entire building. The first phase is the conversion of Two and a half floors are planned and should be planned in such a way that the floors can be operated self-sufficiently with regard to the technical equipment.
