Expression of Interest are invited for Architectural Designs, Engineering Designs and Quantity Survey Services for a Footbridge across Bulawayo - Beitbrudge Road (R9)

Restriction: Further, the minimum criteria to be shortlisted shall include, but not limited to the following: i. Consulting Firms/consortia and proposed Key Personnel must be registered with the Institute of Architects Zimbabwe, Engineering Council of Zimbabwe, Zimbabwe Institute of Quantity Surveyors or equivalent in the case of international firms. ii. Minimum of 5 years of experience for each individual consultancy firm singularly or in the consortium. Firms must clearly state their years of experience in each relevant area of specialisation as required in [c] above. iii. List of Key Personnel shall include qualified Architects or equivalent, Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineers. The minimum years of experience for key personnel shall be 10 years. iv. Demonstrated experience in bypass bridges and footbridges across state / major highways and v. Demonstration of firms of core business as engineering consultancy services. d) Selection of consulting Firms shall be through Quality and cost Based Selections (QCBS) method. Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act [Chapter 22:23] as read with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations SI 5 of 2018 as well as the IDBZ “Rules and Procedures for the use of Consultants” downloadable from the IDBZ website, www.idbz.co.zw. Late submissions will not be accepted.
