CONVENTION 014/2017 / IP CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT OF GOVERNMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDINGS AND THE REHABILITATION OF BASIC SOCIO-ECOMONIC INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE MENAKA REGION

MISSION: ARCHITECTURAL AND TECHNICAL STUDIES, MONITORING AND MONITORING THE CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT OF THE HEADQUARTERS OF THE MENAKA REGIONAL COUNCIL

1. The Governorate of the Ménaka region, by delegation of project management, has entrusted "the Agency for the execution of works of public interest for the employment" (AGETIPE) of the implementation of the Program of Stabilization in Ménaka (PSM), funded by the German Government through the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW).
2. AGETIPE-MALI, intends to use part of these funds to make payments under the Contract: "Consultant Services for Architectural and Technical Studies, Supervision and Control of Construction Work and the equipment of the headquarters of the Regional Council of Menaka.
3. The services are divided into two phases:
ü Architectural and Technical Studies of the construction works and equipment of the headquarters of the Regional Council of Menaka;

ü Supervision and control of the construction works and equipment of the headquarters of the Regional Council of Ménaka

There is a five (5) month turnaround time for architectural and technical studies (excluding validation deadlines) and a period of eleven (11) months for monitoring and control of the works and equipment.
4. Interested candidates are invited to express their interest in providing the services described above by providing information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, references concerning the performance of similar contracts, experience in the conditions similar, availability of the necessary knowledge among the staff, the technical and managerial organization of the firm, the general qualifications and the number of professional staff). This experience of the candidate with the following indications:
o Project name, project amount
o Start date, end date;
o Amount of services provided.
o Names and addresses of the building owners.

5. Candidates may associate to strengthen their respective skills. In case of grouping, the candidates must provide a grouping agreement signed by all the members. The file of any Group that has not provided the grouping agreement will be rejected.
6. The documents to be provided for the expression of interest are:
- The letter of expression of interest setting out the reasons for answering this opinion.
- A document detailing the candidate and highlighting the main experiences, skills and benchmarks of services for similar missions (architectural and technical studies, monitoring and control of works and infrastructure equipment).

7. The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the following criteria:

8. In the case of this expression of interest, the documents will be presented in three (03) copies, one (01) original and two (02) copies marked as such, all in a sealed envelope bearing the following information:

9.
