Tenders are invited for Architectural and Technical Studies with a View to the Construction of the Bucrep Headquarters Building.

Consistency of services
The services specified in the Terms of Reference (ToR) are divided into a single lot and will be carried out in three phases:
Phase 1: Updated Preliminary Project Studies (APS);
Phase 2: Social Environmental Impact Studies (ESIA);
Phase 3: Detailed Pre-Project Studies (APD) with estimated cost and development of the Business Consultation File (DCE).

The Invitation to Tender File can be obtained during working hours from the BUCREP markets department, 1 st floor, BUCREP building located behind the Regional Center for Omnisports Taxes in front of the Center Regional Public Markets Delegation, upon publication of this present document.
