The Unna district has been operating an animal shelter at Hammer Straße 117 in Unna since 1979 on the basis of a public law agreement with the district's cities and municipalities (with the exception of the city of Schwerte). The subject of the contract is the recording and Caring for homeless and neglected animals. The focus is on dogs, cats, pets, ornamental birds and, in exceptional cases and for training purposes, reptiles. The structural and functional situation of the animal shelter neither corresponds to the current one future demands, so that a political decision was made to build a new animal shelter on the same property. The aim is to create a coherent overall concept, especially with regard to the functional processes of the animal shelter operation receive. Architectural and engineering services for: New animal shelter in Unna district The order includes freelance planning services.
