With this selection, the Contracting Authority is looking for a contractor for the design of the new building and the outdoor area, and the spatial integration of the IKC Silvolde. The work for this assignment includes the complete architectural and implementation technical preparation of the architectural design of the project. The assignment also includes drawing up a supported design of the outdoor space and its integration into the overall plot of the IKC Silvolde. In addition, the candidate is responsible for the installation technical, structural and building physics design including fire, acoustics and noise requirements. Co-supervision (aesthetic management) of the realization and aftercare are also included in the assignment. The assignment also includes preparing the tender documents for an expected traditional tender for contracting of the implementing parties, as well as submitting and arranging the necessary permit applications
