The assignment concerns the construction and preparation of De Vliegbase Area Development, located in Soesterberg. Area development The Air Base is a new residential area with a size of approximately 28 hectares. In total, approximately 500 sustainable homes will be built realized (in phases). The project is considered a success when the site has been made suitable for construction and residential use, the natural values ​​of the area have been taken into account (for example, there are at least 15 protected animal species in the area) and there is a smooth process (with a long-term collaboration with B.V.
