The project includes the planning and construction of two buildings, each with two rehearsal stages and functional areas, on the site of the former Anhalter freight yard in Berlin-Kreuzberg in the immediate vicinity of the German Museum of Technology. The aim is to create modern and functional spaces for the HAU and the Kulturraum Berlin GmbH (KRB), that meet the special requirements of theater rehearsal rooms as well as the associated technology and infrastructure. Property planning services are advertised from service phase 2 onwards to achieve the above-mentioned project goals in accordance with Sections 33 ff.
