The project includes the planning and construction of two buildings, each with two rehearsal stages and functional areas, on the site of the former Anhalter freight yard in Berlin-Kreuzberg in the immediate vicinity of the German Museum of Technology. That too The area under consideration is approx. 110 m long and 16 m wide and is currently limited by the ruinous outer wall and ramp areas of the original hall development. The aim is to create modern and functional spaces for the HAU and the Kulturraum Berlin GmbH (KRB), that meet the special requirements of theater rehearsal rooms as well as the associated technology and infrastructure. Property planning services are advertised from service phase 2 onwards to achieve the above-mentioned project goals in accordance with Sections 33 ff. HOAI 2021, part 3 Property planning as well as Annex 10 HOAI and the planning and monitoring of preparatory measures to prepare the construction site as a special service. In the second stage of the process, together with the fee offer and the service concept, a solution proposal is made to submit the design of the facade.
