Lots: Maintenance services for fire/burglar alarms/extinguishing systems/video surveillance and similar equipment - 1. Conduct monthly maintenance and scheduled preventative repairs of the fire alarm system with regulations agreed with the Customer. To restore functionality, the Contractor's specialists arrive at the serviced facility: Upon receipt of an application in the period from 09.00 to 20.00 hours - within 3 hours. Upon receipt of an application in the period from 20.00 to 22.00 hours - no later than 10 a.m. the next day. 2. The time to restore functionality cannot exceed 24 hours, except for cases in which it is necessary to replace equipment or carry out major repairs. 3. Provide your representatives performing maintenance with the necessary instrumentation, tools and consumables. 4. Observe fire safety rules. Ensure the confidentiality of information under this Agreement. 5. Inspect and check the operation of the APS system monthly with a note in the log. 6.
