Request for proposals are invited for Terms of Reference for the Appointment of an Engineering Consultant to Provide Consulting and Costing Services for the Refurbishments, Installation of a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (Hvac) System, and Backup Power Generators up to Ten (10) Pharmaceutical Depots.
