Tenders are invited for Appointment of an Auditor to the Road Fund (in Emergency Procedure).
The services covered by this Call for Tenders consist of:
- an audit mission leading to the formulation of an opinion on the accounts of each of the Road Fund windows for the 2021, 2022 and 2023 financial years;
- carrying out specific verifications and other controls defined by law n°2011/009 of 06 May 2011 relating to the exercise of the profession of liberal accountants in its article 8;
- the drafting of reports in accordance with the provisions of the revised OHADA Uniform Act.
The Tender Dossier may be withdrawn upon publication of this notice, at the Road Fund, Door 12-21 Mail Office, upon presentation of a payment receipt to the Special Assignment Account CAS ARMP No. 33598860001-44 to BICEC, an amount of twenty-five thousand (25, 000) FCFA non-refundable representing the cost of acquiring the file.
Under penalty of rejection, each bidder must attach to his administrative documents, a bid bond in the amount of seven hundred and twenty thousand (720, 000), drawn up by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and whose list contained in exhibit 11 of the DAO and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers.
The other required administrative documents must imperatively be produced in originals or in copies certified as true by the issuing department or an administrative authority (Prefect, Sub-prefect, etc.), in accordance with the stipulations of the Special Rules of the Call for Tenders.
