The service to be advertised involves the conclusion of cooperation agreements on the basic decree "Bound and open all-day schools as well as extra-curricular all-day and care offers in the primary sector and lower secondary level" of the Ministry for Schools and Further Education. The contract is to be concluded between the city of Dortmund, the respective schools and the providers and includes educational support services and supervision during the lunch break as well as the implementation of extra-curricular all-day offers provided by providers for Dortmund schools in accordance with the service description. The cooperation agreement has a total term of a maximum of eight years. The cooperation agreement will initially be for four school years closed, contract start: August 1st, 2026 Contract end: July 31st, 2030 This cooperation agreement is automatically extended for a further four years (until July 31st, 2034), unless one party objects in writing by October 31st, 2029.
