The municipality of Arnhem, together with its partner municipalities Renkum and Rheden, is looking for a software tool with which documents, including in the context of WOO requests, can be anonymized. Employees of the municipalities must computerize documents as well can be anonymized manually, making the black-painted texts illegible. More than 50 employees are currently involved in anonymizing documents for WOO requests. Approximately 275 WOO files containing approximately 55, 000 documents are processed each year treated. The management of these (original and varnished) documents takes place in the case systems of the relevant municipality. Since AD's policy is “SaaS unless”, a SaaS solution must be offered that complies with the requirements set out further in this requirements mentioned in the tender.
