Description: The system is designed for the development of estimate and resource documentation by all participants in the investment process: design, contracting organizations and construction customers. The ABC system implements algorithms for determining the cost of construction work, reflecting the methodological provisions of the CIS countries and ensuring work with different currencies and price scales. Tasks: The ABC software package implements all methods of pricing construction products: - Base-index; - Basic compensation; - Resource; -Calculation of cost by three main methods: depending on the natural indicators of objects design, from the total cost of construction, by labor costs; - Automatic selection of the calculation method for each price; - Automatic use of interpolation and extrapolation methods depending on the entered object indicator; - Resource- index. ABC is used to issue: - local, site and consolidated estimates for all types of construction and installation work and for the purchase and installation of equipment; - statements of requirements for material and technical resources; - statements of quantities; - equipment and materials specifications; - text and tabular documents of arbitrary structure; - data about objects. Within 12 months, all updated versions of the software package will be available to the Customer.
