The IFB expects the group's accession (Enterprise Agreement) to conclude the group contract drawn by the BMI and Microsoft in 2025. Additional agreements must also be agreed that cover the bank -specific requirements of the AG. This also includes in particular that everyone in As part of this tender offered

The AN undertakes for the AG to provide the following services:

• Relocation and use of Microsoft Licenses according to the regulations of the framework contract of the Federal Ministry of the Interior and for Home (BMI) with Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited for a new Enterprise Agreement as well as the existing Select plus contract;

• Access to the Microsoft Volume licensing: Group accession (indirect);

• Procurement of the licenses according to the price sheet;

• The AN has to ensure that the AG is using the software according to the product usage rights granted without violations is made possible.
